Richard Bruce Cheney (born January 30th 1941) was the son of Richard Herbert Cheney. His mother, Marjorie Lauraine Dickey had been married with Richard Herbert Cheney for over 30 years. When Richard Bruce Cheney was 13, he and his family left Lincoln Nebraska and moved to Casper Wyoming which is where his father worked for Casper Wyoming, where his father was the director of U.S. Department of Agriculture's regional soil conservation districts.
